Shipping & Returns – Gravel&Stones
Returns & ExchangesWe offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or purchaser name) is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gravelandstones.ie. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Please note:
- We do not accept in-person returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
Promotional Offers (e.g. 15% off code)Items purchased as part of a promotion are treated as a bundle.
If returning part of a bundle:
- The promotion will no longer apply
- The free item must also be returned to receive a full refund
- If not returned, the full retail value of the free item will be deducted
Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
Incorrect or Faulty ItemsPlease inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Shipping Information- All orders are shipped using tracked delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed on weekends are processed the next working day
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times- Ireland & UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- International: 3–8 working days (may vary during peak periods)
If you are unavailable at delivery:
- Your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour
- Or held at a local depot for collection
Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number if needed.
Important Information- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs charges or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed OrdersIf your order has not arrived:
- Contact the courier using your tracking details
- If unresolved, contact us at info@gravelandstones.ie
